Booking a Treatment Online: When you click the Book Online Now button you will go to the pop-up window where you will see ‘Select Service’ and at the bottom, right of the page ‘Login / Register’ or ‘Next’.
If you are a ‘new client’ (i.e. not on our database) please register with your details and enter the code (NB case sensitive) which you will receive via SMS on your phone.
If you are an existing client, you will ‘Login’ using your mobile phone number on file & your password. If you have lost your password, you can click ‘Forgotten Password’ or if you have not yet used our Online Booking you may choose ‘I don’t have a password’ In both cases, enter the code (NB case sensitive) which you will receive via SMS for you to Login.
Select the ‘Category’ & ‘Service’ you want and then choose ‘Next’.
Choose your ‘preferred therapist’ (or ‘Any Employee’), then the date you want (arrow at top to change months). The shaded or grey dates are already booked up so choose an unshaded or white date. Then select the time you would like (to the right of the calendar)
Select ‘Next’ to read & tick ‘I Agree’ to the ‘Online Booking Agreement’ to complete your booking. You should then get a SMS confirmation, and we look forward to seeing you then…. Any problems call 07 3082520

You are welcome to pay by cash, eftpos, visa or master card (Credit card payments can also be done over the phone or we can arrange a bank deposit).
Booking Deposit: Bookings for services that are 60 minutes or more may attract a prepaid deposit, or you can provide credit card details. This will secure and confirm your booking with us.
Cancellation & Bookings Policy: Cancellation policies are never fun, however, much like a Doctors surgery we have many bookings. Subsequently, late rescheduling and no shows ultimately results in other clients missing out on appointment opportunities and disrupts the work schedule for the therapist. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your Schedule, and will do our very best to accomodate you.
As a courtesy we send out a SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time. Therefore, in order to avoid incurring unnecessary costs and as a matter of common courtesy, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling.
Failure to turn up for a scheduled appointment, as a ‘no show’, will incur a charge of $20. However for appointments booked for more than 60 minutes there may be a charge of 50% for the services originally booked for. If applicable gift vouchers will be voided, or any deposit paid will be retained.
