Cancellation & Bookings Policy: Cancellation policies are never fun, however, much like a Doctors surgery we have many bookings. Subsequently, late rescheduling and no shows ultimately results in other clients missing out on appointment opportunities, disrupts the work schedule for the therapist, and ultimately costs us money. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your Schedule, and will do our very best to accomodate you.

As a courtesy we send out a SMS reminder the day before your appointment, reminding you of your appointment date and time. Therefore, in order to avoid incurring unnecessary costs and as a matter of common courtesy, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling.

Failure to turn up for a scheduled appointment, as a ‘no show’, will incur a charge of $25. However for appointments booked for 60 minutes or more, there may be a charge of 50% for the services originally booked for. If applicable gift vouchers will be voided, or any deposit paid will be retained
